It runs for me at about 25 fps with spikes any time I enter or leave a building, in which it drops to about 1 or 2. I have a Quad 2.4ghz, 2 gig of Corsair dominator ram. Hello, i bought Oblivion a few days back and i installed a few minor mods and then i downloaded Qarl's Texture Pack on the Nexus. The download links for Qarls texture mod on Nexus is broken and the author Qarl is not around anymore to fix the links.
